Our standard survey is £60.00 ex. VAT and will be invoiced within 48 hours following our visit.
Depending on the size of your property, it should take 30-60 minutes for a cavity wall survey, or 15-45 minutes for a loft or solar survey.
Drilling is required for cavity wall surveys. In the majority of cases, we drill on the outside of the house. Drilling internally is rarely required and we would always ensure that we seek your full approval before doing so.
An 8MM bit is used to drill into the walls. This is the size required to fit the camera through the mortar into the cavity. These holes are then filled with clear silicone.

Depending on the installer availability, the lead time is usually 10-14 days with Insta Group whom we work directly with for install.
